  • CROSSFIT

    Our CrossFit classes are tailored to suit all fitness levels, whether you’re new to the sport and just want to give it a go or if you’re an athlete aiming to push yourself and compete. Programming is specifically designed to help improve technique, strength, conditioning and strategy. All classes include, a warm up, strength, technique breakdown and a workout to tie it all together

  • Open Gym/Weightlifting

    Open Gym allows time for athletes to work on skills and refine movements.

    Weightlifting is a program designed to improve lifting technique and increase barbell strength

  • COAH KIDS

    Classes specifically available for children/teens between the ages 8 - 17. It allows youth the ability to learn the basics of CrossFit in a comfortable and safe environment.

  • Coach's Session

    Get to know other coach’s in the fitness community. A special session where an invited coach will come to showcase their style of fitness and share a little bit about themselves to inspire us all on our own fitness journey’s.
